Fram Spin-on Oil Filter
The Fram Spin-on Oil Filter uses a SureGrip® exterior that gives it a textured hold, making installation and removal substantially easier than polished canisters. Rated for long-haul intervals of up to 10,000 miles, it benefits engines fitted with either synthetic or conventional lubricants. The fiber-and-resin media blend captures a high percentage of particulate debris while maintaining steady flow across temperature swings. Its silicone anti-drainback valve reinforces consistent start-up lubrication after overnight cool-downs. At 5.218" height with a mid-sized diameter, the Fram PH3985 integrates smoothly with many passenger and light-truck layouts.
